Custom Packaging Solutions, LLC technical staff is experienced in the design and fabrication of hermetic packages. Our primary area of expertise is the design and manufacture of Integrated Detector Cooler Assemblies (IDCA) or more commonly referred to as dewars. Our vast engineering experience includes packaging of single element detectors to large format devices up to 1968 x1968 pixels, RF devices, optically pumped laser crystals, and the "waist" for a multi-beam high powered laser. Package material options range from ceramics to kovar with glass to metal seals.
